Ian Fisher and Gillian Lindsay of Hahn Loeser & Parks are representing the plaintiffs in a Chicago pizza feud, according to a Cook County Record report. Aurelio’s Is Pizza Franchise Ltd. filed a complaint Nov. 13 in Cook County Circuit Court alleging that Northside Pizza Guys LLC, a former Aurelio’s franchise, violated an agreement to not run competing stores within five miles of an Aurelio’s location for a period of two years. Aurelio’s claims that Northside’s breach of the agreement caused it irreparable harm.
