McKool Smith principal Michael Swartz is representing employees of electric vehicle startup Faraday Future in a recently filed suit against real estate firm Evergrande Group. According to an article on The Verge, the suit claims Evergrande, Faraday Future’s main investor, set up Faraday Future to fail so that Evergrande could take certain intellectual property.
