Attorneys from Rutan and Tucker are representing Adventurous Journeys Capital as it fights a Palo Alto City Council ordinance that would require the company to pay $7,000 to evicted tenants, the Palo Alto Daily Post reports. According to the report, AJ Capital, a hotel chain based in Chicago, bought the Hotel President building in June and plans to convert it back into a hotel.
