It turns out you all were busy in the run-up to the Thanksgiving holiday. The Litigator of the Week cycle that closed last Wednesday was chock-full of big wins. We’ll have last week’s winner for you tomorrow. For now, here are the Runners-Up and Shout-Outs.

First up is a trial team from A&O Shearman and Keller Anderle Scolnick that brought home a $292.5 million verdict for client Guardant Health in a false advertising lawsuit against rival Natera Inc. The dispute centered on claims about the effectiveness of the companies’ respective tests for detecting colorectal cancer post-treatment. After an eight-day trial, federal jurors in San Francisco last week awarded Guardant $75 million in damages, $42 million in disgorged profits from Natera and $175.5 million in punitive damages. Jurors also rejected Natera’s counterclaims. The A&O Shearman team was led by Saul Perloff and Christopher LaVigne and included Andre Hanson, Kathy Grant, Trey Hebert, Megan Ines and Sheyla Soriano. The Keller Anderle Scolnick team was led by Jennifer Keller and included Gregory Sergi, Craig Harbaugh and Chase Scolnick.
