Last week Jason Sheasby and Lisa Glasser were part of an Irell & Manella team that nabbed runners-up honors for Litigator of the Week after bringing home a $445 million verdict for computer memory client Netlist in patent litigation with chipmaker Micron Technology.
What might have gotten lost in the mix is that the trial in Marshall, Texas, capped a hectic, successful, stretch in the duo's work for Netlist—which itself is part of an extended, impressive stretch of trial work over the past couple of years.
