New York’s state courts can’t go back to the way they operated before the pandemic.
That was the overarching message yesterday from New York Supreme Court Justice Craig Doran, chair of the Commission to Reimagine New York’s Courts’ Pandemic Practices Working Group, which was tasked with assessing the state judiciary’s response to COVID-19 emergency.
