It turns out it’s not just the journos and the weirdos dressed up like Elizabeth Holmes who are obsessed with the former Theranos CEO’s criminal fraud trial.
In a virtual fireside chat Monday sponsored by the New York State Bar Association, Morrison & Foerster white-collar defense lawyers Carrie Cohen and Kate Driscoll discussed how issues of gender have played out two months into the Holmes trial, as well as what they expect to see in the remainder of the trial, which is set to run for at least a month longer in U.S. District Judge Edward Davila’s courtroom in San Jose, California.
