New York’s court system will have enough money to pay for the return of older state judges who were ousted due to pandemic budget cuts, Chief Judge Janet DiFiore revealed Wednesday.
Court system officials decided last year to force out dozens of older judges due to a deep 10 percent budget cut from the governor’s administration. Now, the state’s top judge says they will be inviting those state Supreme Court judges to renew their applications with the court system,
