U.S. District Judge Kimba Wood of the Southern District of New York adopted Friday the special master’s recommendation on what is and isn’t privileged among the material seized by the government from President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen’s home and offices back in April.

The special master, Bracewell partner Barbara Jones, alerted the court in early June that she determined 162 items seized by the government while executing a search warrant should be designated privileged. Another seven items should be flagged as highly personal and not within the bounds, while three items in question simply weren’t privileged, according to Jones.
