The 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule (FRCP) are slowly but steadily changing the way courts and trial attorneys work. But interpretation of the new rules has been far from uniform.
At the “Return of Case Law by the Clock!” session at Zapproved’s e-discovery conference PREX17, current and retired federal judges reviewed the most recent case law relating to e-discovery and the FRCP. The session included retired Magistrate Judge Frank Maas, Magistrate Judge Andrew Peck of the Southern District of New York, and Magistrate Judge Elizabeth Laporte of the Northern District of California.
