Given the volume of electronically stored information (ESI) many large organizations hold, in-house counsel know firsthand the challenges of managing and preparing data for litigation.

A large part of their success in this endeavor relies on being equipped with the latest legal technology and vendor partners to effectively collect, review, and analyze increasingly complex data sets. But while there have been great advances in e-discovery and data management technologies over the past decade, given the pace of data’s evolution and growth, there is still much left to be desired.
