The cybersecurity war has many actors, and as the battle lines diverge further from traditional targets, non-technical professionals are increasingly replied upon to lend a helping hand.

Among those called to the battle lines are lawyers and legal professionals, which are being directly channeled via risks to their clients. And as Access Advisory Group’s (AAG) Tad Mielnicki says, “the channels of [cyberthreats] are a regulatory issue, a policy issue, and a technology issue,” all of which must be looked at “if you’re actually going to solve a cyber breach.”
