It’s no secret that telecom invoices are potentially rife with errors. As found in a recent white paper by Valicom, a company specializing in telecom expense management services, 35 percent of telecom invoices have errors, 85 percent of which are the fault of the carrier.

- They don’t understand the importance.
- They aren’t sure how to do it.
