The future of enterprise legal management (ELM) may be coming sooner rather than later, but for many ELM providers, the question remains of exactly what tools the all-encompassing ELM solutions should entail. For Mitratech, the answer to that question has resulted in a series of acquisitions, and now, the company is moving further into the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) space.
On June 21, Mitratech announced it has acquired CMO Software, which provides environment, health and safety (EHS) and GRC solutions worldwide. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
