In September 2015, cloud-based law practice and legal management solution provider AdvoLogix entered into an agreement with legal technology consultant Kiersted to provide specialized program support. But in February 2016, Kiersted was purchased by fellow technology consulting firm OmniVere. It’s an interesting conundrum – what happens to the agreement?
Simple — a new one is made. AdvoLogix announced on May 9 that it has entered into an agreement with OmniVere for the latter to provide its own consultative expertise to AdvoLogix customers. Per the partnership, these customers will receive access to OmniVere’s Managed Services program, which will provide technical and business support, as well as customized features that AdvoLogix said are aimed to “take full advantage of AdvoLogix’s high-level customization and features.”
