At Zapproved, the company has recently expanded its Data Collect Pro line to facilitate collections from cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft OneDrive, and Dropbox. But even through this expansion, company officials said, one question kept popping up: Do you collect from Macs?
Now, the company can answer yes. As of Jan. 5, Zapproved said, the company’s Data Collect Pro platform can perform forensically sound collections from Mac computers, both on-site and remotely. Sarah Thompson, a senior product manager at Zapproved, told Legaltech News the ultimate goal is to provide flexibility to the already-complicated e-discovery process.
