Judges need to be experts on e-discovery. Judges also need to be experts on the intricacies of civil law, the expectations of juries, the realities of changing rules and regulations, the pressing issues of the region they serve, and roughly one hundred thousand other pieces of knowledge that constitute their profession.

With so much vying for a judge’s attention, how can a judge reasonably keep up with the rapidly evolving world of e-discovery? Quick and easily digestible information would seem to be a solid start.
