A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of an Idaho federal government worker, after he allegedly suffered damages from the massive breach at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
This adds to several lawsuits against the government in response to the OPM breach which impacted more than 21 million people. This lawsuit names the OPM, agency officials and KeyPoint Government Solutions [a government contractor] among the defendants.
