Two major players in the enterprise legal management (ELM) ecosystem are joining forces. Mitratech announced today the company has acquired Bridgeway Software, expanding its customer base by more than 300 new clients. The financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
With the acquisition, Mitratech’s client base now includes nearly 600 corporate and governmental entities, including more than 30 percent of the Fortune 500—along with almost 10,000 of their external partners, including 99 of the Global 100 and 100 percent of the AmLaw 200 law firms, company officials said.
