Mobile has begun to outpace desktop computers in Internet usage. As a result, both small and large law firms should have mobile friendly websites that are able to capture the largest possible amount of Web traffic, consultants say.
Seventy-one percent of the U.S. population owns a smartphone, said information and market measurement company Nielsen Holdings. That the number is higher for those aged 25-34 at 86 percent, Nielsen noted.
