IOS 8 has had a shaky rollout, to say the least. The good news is that once Apple Inc. manages to sort out its software issues, users will be left with a mobile operating system that will let them do a variety of cool things. Here’s a look at six innovative iOS 8 features:
1. Wi-Fi phone calls. Many cellular carriers are already supporting iOS 8′s new technology that provides seamless call transition from cellular to Wi-Fi as you walk into a hot spot. AT&T, however, is dragging its heels, saying it doesn’t plan to enable the feature until 2015.
