One of the events that stood out as the most clear-headed and vital during Legalweek 2024 was the Blacks United in Legal Technology (BUiLT) gathering.
Not just because of the easy conversations had as everyone mingled, or the focus on networking with those outside of their respective circles—but because the event organizers didn’t beat around the bush when it came to the unique set of challenges the Black community faces in the legal tech industry—and the set of skills necessary to combat them.
