Aderant: On Jan. 29, legal business management provider Aderant announced the launch of a new Matter Reconciliation module for its e-billing application BillBlast. The new module automates the process of obtaining matter-related data and integrating law firm matter records with client data. The module can work as an add-on to Aderant’s BillBlast clients, or as a standalone tool at a different price for non-BillBlast clients, according to the press release. The new BillBlast module will be demoed at Legalweek 2024 in New York.

Bet Tzedek: Nonprofit Los Angeles-based law firm Bet Tzedek Legal Services announced on Jan. 19 the launch of its Self-Help Conservatorship Clinic website, which includes self-help tools, resources and ways to connect to clinic services for caregivers and those in a conservatorship. The new website was designed and built by justice technology, design and development firm Theory and Principle. “This site showcases the importance of investing in infrastructure to combat the Justice Gap. Self Help programs are [a] vital component of increasing access to justice and this platform creates a new space for us to connect with individuals and community partners,” said Bertha Sanchez Hayden, directing attorney, seniors, dependent adults and caregiver direct services at Bet Tzedek, in a press release.
