On Tuesday, legal technology and services company Epiq announced that it had completed the acquisition of Mainspring, a digital transformation provider focused on contract lifecycle management (CLM).
The financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, but all Mainspring employees will be joining Epiq, along with the company’s leadership under new titles. Starting 2024, the companies will operate as a single company under the Epiq name.
