The Canadian legal technology companies CiteRight and Jurisage on Tuesday announced an agreement to merge the two companies under the name Jurisage.
CiteRight is a unique litigation drafting platform and Jurisage is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that instantly extracts and embeds legal insights from caselaw. Many of the Canada’s biggest law firms, such as Borden Ladner Gervais and Gowling WLG, already use their technology.
