LexCheck: Contract review company LexCheck announced a new hire and the rollout of two new products on May 18. Vishal Singhania, the former senior director of artificial intelligence products at experience management platform Medallia, joined LexCheck as the vice president of product. Additionally, the company announced the launch of “The Core Software Procurement Playbook,” which is meant to expedite the review of SaaS agreements, along with “The Core PE NDA Playbook,” meant to help private equity firms review the key terms of nondisclosure agreements. The offerings are available immediately for potential customers in private equity, sales and procurement.
