iManage Receives Strategic Growth Investment From Bain Capital
The document management provider noted the new funding will accelerate its growth, which over the past few years has been boosted by several M&As.

Legal TechnologyOn Tuesday, document management provider iManage announced that it received a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. A press release announcing the investment, the specific amount of which was not disclosed, called the funding a "minority investment" that will help iManage "accelerate its organic growth and the continued evolution of its cloud-based, AI-enabled knowledge work platform."
