On Tuesday, document management provider iManage announced that it received a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. A press release announcing the investment, the specific amount of which was not disclosed, called the funding a "minority investment" that will help iManage "accelerate its organic growth and the continued evolution of its cloud-based, AI-enabled knowledge work platform."
