To help clients deal with this spike, law firms are looking to pad their cybersecurity practices with top talent. However, not all firms who are looking for strong cybersecurity attorneys will find a receptive hiring pool. The problems go beyond a tight labor market to firms not being well-versed in cybersecurity law and approaching it merely as a side practice.
