A Philadelphia attorney who was convicted of secretly taking nude photographs of his then-wife and posting them online agreed to a three-year suspension from practicing law, according to a Pennsylvania Supreme Court order filed Thursday.

John E. Toczydlowski, 51, entered a no contest plea to unlawful dissemination of intimate images, a second-degree misdemeanor, and harassment, a third-degree misdemeanor on July 1, 2021, for posting approximately 24 photographs of his former wife, either totally naked or partially unclothed, on the website wifelovers.com, according to the allegations outlined in the joint petition in support of discipline on consent.
