The technological evolution of legal has consisted as much of transformative new tools as it has of resistance to them due to complex adoption processes and a steep learning curve.

In response, companies are taking different approaches to tackle that challenge. Some are doing away with training altogether, like Epiq’s launch of Metrics that Matter, or becoming more hands on, like platform management system Integreon. Providers who eliminate the training module say that, even if companies wanted to train their employees to use a tool, it simply isn’t viable in today’s labor market.
