Legal tech startup HyperDraft has announced the hiring of its first-ever general counsel, Sean Greaney, a technology partner for Goodwin Procter.
HyperDraft was founded in 2020 by Tony Thai and Jace Lynch, and is headquartered in Los Angeles. Greaney is also based nearby, having worked at Goodwin’s Santa Monica location since February 2020.
