Millions of people have quit their jobs this year. Leaving workplaces in record-high numbers, employees are forging new paths, reimagining what work means to them and leveraging the ongoing talent wars in search of promotions and better pay. This societal shift in the way people value and commit to their jobs carries numerous implications for organizations. Business leaders are scrambling to refresh and reinvest in programs that will fill open jobs and bring stability back to their workforces. These are necessary adjustments.
