Today, Consilio announced it is set to acquire legal consultancy EQ and e-discovery business unit D4 of talent advisory and solutions firm Adecco Group’s Special Counsel. Financial details weren’t disclosed.
The acquisition of Special Counsel’s EQ and D4 units will allow Consilio to strengthen its legal cybersecurity consulting abilities. “I think they’ve created a really strong foothold in the cybersecurity space and one we have not had strong traction in,” Consilio CEO Andy Macdonald said.
