Day Two of the ILTACON 2021 conference delved into the murky waters of attorney mental health, a topic that has become increasingly relevant as lawyers confront the isolation and business continuity disruptions that have been an unavoidable byproduct of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

But for law firms and other legal organizations, the failure to create an environment that supports and preserves employee mental health can not only impact team morale, but also hinder their ability to attract and create talent in a competitive marketplace.
