Artificial intelligence has come a long way in recent years. But lingering accuracy concerns are pushing some companies to incorporate a layer of human review to confirm the results of AI-powered legal tech software before it’s seen by the end user. And while the need for human review isn’t ideal for all legal tech buyers, they accept it’s a necessary component to ensure accuracy.

Ideally, a legal tech platform’s artificial intelligence would be accurate enough to confirm its own results, noted NetApp law, technology and operations vice president Connie Brenton.
