Moving day is never anyone’s favorite square on the calendar. But migrating from one e-discovery service to another can significantly tax the human and operational resources of small and midsize law firms—and not just for a single day. 

Peter Bogdasarian, chair of the e-discovery team at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, noted that even small firms likely have “hundreds” of active and legacy cases to migrate, each with its own data sets, document histories or attorney annotations to excavate and preserve.
