General counsel looking to combat sexual harassment at work should take note that harassment doesn’t have to happen in person, a new study has found.
Released Tuesday by TalentLMS and The Purple Campaign, “The State of Sexual Harassment Training at Work” report found that over one in four respondents said they have experienced unwelcome sexual behavior online while working since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
