An Oakland jury delivered a $30 million trade secret verdict to AI customer engagement company LivePerson Inc. following a day and a half of deliberations.
Jurors awarded $6.7 million in compensatory damages and $23.3 million in punitives. It's the third in-person jury trial win for Kirkland partners Adam Alper and Michael De Vries during the pandemic era.
