A new application for injunctive relief says Hartford personal injury and workers’ compensation law firm Cicchiello & Cicchiello improperly interfered with attempts by its former associate Alexander Sarris to inform clients that he had gone to another law firm.
The application also alleges the firm improperly accessed Sarris’ personal information.
