Not surprisingly, delivering an app is easier said than done. Reed Smith’s E-Discovery App was introduced to the legal community in 2020, as a tool for accessing relevant rules, forms, and other e-discovery resources. Happily, it has garnered positive reviews, a loyal following, and multiple contributors both from inside and outside our law firm. Having been through the process, from conceptualizing, developing, and launching the app, to maintaining and enhancing it, I am pleased to share our top five “lessons learned”:
