Thousands of Texans remain without power due to a frigid winter storm, and law graduates slated to take the state’s online bar exam next week are wondering whether the test is even possible.
As of Wednesday afternoon, examinees had more questions than answers. But a growing chorus of lawyers and law graduates are calling on the Texas Board of Law Examiners to postpone the two-day exam, currently scheduled for Feb. 23 and 24.
