As in many countries, a process of digital transformation of the State is taking place in Chile, aimed at achieving the strategic use of digital technologies, data and information in public management and the provision of public services to citizens.
This is a broad process that aims to cover all dimensions of State action, which of course has an impact on the way lawyers interact with the State on behalf of their clients/to pursue their clients’ interests.
