This week, law firm business intelligence and financial analytics company Iridium Technology announced it has acquired timekeeping company Smart Time Apps, an integration aimed at expanding its data collection and analysis capabilities.
Through the acquisition, Smart Time will become Iridium’s fourth product family, following its flagship Iridium BI (business intelligence) products and its Intellistat (financial analysis) and Steere (financial reporting) families of products created during Iridium’s merger with Data Fusion Technologies in February 2020. Smart Time will operate under the Iridium name, and Smart Time co-founder Todd Gerstein will join Iridium as the vice president of the Smart Time product family.
