A federal grand jury in Boston has indicted two former eBay Inc. executives in a cyberstalking and harassment case that the e-commerce firm’s top lawyer has described as “deeply troubling.”

James Baugh and David Harville were indicted Tuesday on charges of conspiracy, stalking, witness tampering and destruction of evidence. Baugh of San Jose, California, served as eBay’s senior director of safety and security, while Harville of New York was the firm’s director of global resiliency.
