Lawyers have accused the U.K. government’s COVID-19 testing alert system of breaching data privacy laws after it was found that members of the public’s test results were sent to the wrong email address.
In emails seen by Law.com International, a member of the public received the full name, date of birth and NHS COVID-19 test results for two other individuals who shared the same surname.
