If a contract review software’s accuracy is less than perfect, some lawyers likely won’t want to use it. In fact, they might view the AI software as a threat to their practice and not worthy of their time, panelists said during a Thursday ILTA>ON conference panel.

The “Contract Review Evolution: Still Faces Challenges, Most Agree” panel brought together Ned Gannon, president of contract software company eBrevia Inc.; Martha Ridge Breil, law firm McGuire Woods’ knowledge management leader; and Sondra Rebenchuk, law firm Blake, Cassels & Graydon legal technology and process improvement counsel to discuss how they are implementing contract review software, despite some hesitations.
