US firm sees revenues rise 5.6% to $2.04bn as consistent growth continues

Sidley Austin saw across-the-board gains in several financial metrics and headcount last year, pushing it over the $2bn revenue mark for the first time.
Gross revenue jumped 5.6% to $2.04bn, while profits per equity partner rose 6% to $2.26m. Headcount rose 2% to 1,873 lawyers, and revenue per lawyer increased by 3.5% to $1.09m.
