In this video, Lee discusses the influence of clients on law firm diversity, what law can learn from the big four accountants, how US firms differ from their UK counterparts, and how he is looking to improve the diversity of Eversheds Sutherland’s management team.
At LegalWeek CONNECT, he will be joined by CMS senior partner Penelope Warne, Santa Fe group GC Janet McCarthy, Hogan Lovells UK and Africa managing partner Susan Bright and Fieldfisher partner Alison Dennis to talk about what law firms have been doing to date, where are they going wrong, and how they can put the right structures in place.
