Allen & Overy (A&O) has overhauled its governance structure and introduced a new executive committee.
The new management committee consists of 10 partners and four support directors and will meet for the first time next month. It will be co-chaired by senior partner Wim Dejonghe and managing partner Andrew Ballheimer.
