Tesco turns to Freshfields as it sells coffee chain to Caffe Nero

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising Tesco on the sale of its coffee chain Harris + Hoole to Caffe Nero.

Freshfields’ retail sector group head Claire Wills, tax partner Jill Gatehouse and real estate partner Mark Wheelhouse are advising on the sale in London.
